I went in last night (5/28/2024) around 9pm and that place was still extremely busy. We could tell they had been busy all day and we're running out of inventory. But the staff just kept on working, hustling, and smiling. The young crew really impressed me. I rarely find service and work ethic these days that are truly impressive. The young woman running point was communicating, smiling, and interacting with the guests in a manner that, in her position, might have flustered others. I saw some really great teamwork last night. Thank you for being terrific!

Honestly I was scared to pick up my food bc of all the bad reviews but they knocked it out of the park. Super fresh, ready on time and good portion sizes. I did also pick up during non peak hours

I usually like chipotle but was very hesitant to go to this location in my neighborhood because of all the negative reviews. Finally did and I’m so glad I did. Customer Service: The staff is extremely friendly. The person who made my meals and the one at checkout and replenishing food at counter were both very courteous and welcoming. Food and ambience: Food is usual chipotle good. All ingredients were fresh. The store can definitely use some cleaning but overall I was happy I went here.

Arrr, gather ‘round, ye hungry crew, I’ve a tale of a feast, and it’s all true! In Interbay’s port, where the seagulls cry, There’s a Chipotle there ye must not pass by. I docked me ship and stomped ashore, Me belly was growlin’—it needed more! Through the doors I strode with swagger and pride, “Avast!” I cried, “A burrito this wide!” The crew there smiled, they built it with care, Stackin’ the treasures beyond compare. Rice so fluffy, beans so grand, Steak so juicy, like treasure in hand. “Extra guac?” they asked with a grin, “Aye, pile it high! Let the feast begin!” The salsa burned like a cannon’s blast, But oh, me heart, it beat so fast! The Interbay spot, so tidy and neat, They served this pirate the ultimate treat. No long waits, no scurvy, no strife, Just burrito bliss and a hearty life! So hear me now, ye sailors bold, The Interbay Chipotle is pure gold. Five jolly skulls on me treasure map, For a burrito so fine, I’ll give ‘em a clap!

We’ve seen the portion sizes decrease at all Chipotle locations, just as the other reviewers have mentioned. We also ask for extra cheese on our quesadillas and still don’t usually get enough. That being said, this is hands down the best Chipotle in the area and we will continue to come back. We’ve been to Westlake and other locations where they don’t even put lids on to go orders (even the sides!!) They just rip off foil and lay it on top of the box, then act like that’s going to prevent a mess. At least at this one they give you a lid and a bag. We are still grateful to have this location and we will keep coming back to it.

It's difficult to ignore the other reviews about this Chipotle location but I'll explain my rating. I've visited this location a few times and everything has been okay, nothing extraordinary to report. During my last visit, the tortilla for the burrito broke while the person preparing it was trying to wrap it. They transferred the contents to another fresh tortilla. This happened while I was paying. When I looked into the bag, the burrito was half the size of any burrito I've ever had at Chipotle. I was going to let it go, but it was one of those days when I was expecting just to eat something consistent without any surprises (hence my visit to this place). I asked to get my money back and I returned the half-size burrito. Ryan, the manager, apologized for the situation and prepared a new one for me. It broke again when trying to wrap it, but he asked if it was okay to use an additional tortilla, which is what I've been usually asked before. He used the situation as a learning experience for the rest of the staff. So, my rating is more about how they may be improving their service, taking into account user feedback. Hopefully they will keep trying their best.
